EXCEPTIONAL MOLD & ENGINEERING was established in 1997, and is located in Romeo, Michigan. We specialize in the design and manufacture of high quality prototype and production plastic injection molds. While our capabilities are diverse, we have developed a particular expertise in the area of insert molding, over-molding and two shot molds. We manufacture small to medium size tooling, up to 700 ton press size. In addition, we perform engineering changes, retrofits and mold repairs. We can also perform repairs onsite at your facility.

We specialize in assisting our customers, who have experienced longstanding molding problems with their existing tooling.
